CHU2DREAM is the soul of a Sega Dreamcast that gained sentience. He appears to be a flat-faced animatronic mouse with blue ears and a spiky blue tail. He wears a hoodie themed like a robot, with lights and a little screen showing a heart on it; this hoodie is not actually removable. He wears white pants and blue boots that also cannot be removed, though he can detach his legs and head entirely.

He's an intelligent so-called scientist with a degree in timeology, though his main studies right now are in dreams and other worlds. He is easily frightened.
