The Killer (real name Jel F.) is a Bandit. He wears a green cloak with glittery blue bands on it, dark green shoes, a pale blue mask, and pale blue gloves.
The Killer appears to act as a generic Bandit at first - untrustworthy and willing to take risks just to get away with loot - but somewhere, deep down, he has a desire to make the world better for everyone in it. Not that he'll ever tell you that.
Abilities
The Killer has the totally real and completely true ability to predict the future.. Well, not really, but he's very good at convincing people he does. He's also very good at robbing people, but that's to be expected.
He isn't aware of this since he thinks he's actually completely magicless, but he's very good at inflicting status effects with magic.
Story
The Killer tried to become a genuine oracle/diviner, but after an incident where he was caught trying to steal a book of prophecies (no, not that one) and destroyed it in the process, he was essentially told to get lost.
Currently, he lives somewhere in Shiver City, scamming people and trying to raise enough money to move somewhere far enough that he can resume his training.
