Dolphin is one of the seven Star Spirits who grant the wishes of his world. He is a 20 year old humanoid with messy blue hair. He is missing one of his arms.
He can come off as scatterbrained since he uses a good chunk of his brain cells to exclusively think about the ocean & marine life.
Abilities
Dolphin is able to grant wishes, though he is extremely selective and cannot cause major miracles to come true.
Story
Dolphin's backstory is the same as his canon counterpart's up until Chapter 5. Some time between being saved by Mario & the end of PM64, he lost his arm in an accident.
Some time after PM64, one of his coworkers was kidnapped by a witch, and another one of his coworkers began travelling across worlds. Dolphin has kept up his normal life, though he sometimes travels outside his world with Mist.

- In terms of Mystia's Izakaya, Dolphin prefers cuisine with the following properties: Premium, Aquatic, Meat, Homecooking, and Raw. He dislikes Spicy and Expensive food.
- Dolphin celebrates his birthday on December 24th; his actual birthday is a secret.
