Teo, also known as TEO EVE, the Witch of Love, is the girl responsible for the creation of Mu. She appears to be a 15 year old human girl with red hair tied into braids. As TEO EVE, she wears a prison uniform, is tied up in chains, and has wings on the sides of her head.
She is a sweet girl, though she is shy and holds back parts of her personality. She wholeheartedly believes in miracles and magic.
Abilities
TEO EVE's main ability is the power to manipulate love in all its forms. She can also float in the air, teleport, turn into sparks of magic, and use magic both offensively and defensively.
However, she is heavily limited by the fact that she can only do things where the end result would be recreatable by a human. Teo, the human, has no abilities whatsoever.
Story
Teo is a high school student somewhere in a world similar to our own.
She used to be best friends with a girl named Megu, but after an argument one summer, Megu was hit by a train and killed. Panicking and believing she was responsible for her friend's death, Teo hid the body, ultimately casting it into the sea where it would not be found. She blocked out the memories of this incident, choosing to think that Megu had simply moved away.
Over time, Teo began researching deeper into magic. One day, she created a clone of Megu that she ended up naming Mu. Teo was good friends with the clone for a long time, but eventually Mu learned about the circumstances behind her birth. Mu ultimately decided that she could no longer be friends with Teo, and - after recognizing Teo as a witch - sealed the newly-born TEO EVE away in a black abyss.
TEO EVE remains in that abyss to this day. Over time, she has forgotten both her concerns and her dreams.
